How long will it take for my order to ship?

If I have the item you have purchased on hand, it will ship in 2-3 days. However, I am a tiny operation without a lot of storage for inventory. In the event that I do not have the requested item on hand, it will take 1-2 weeks for your item to ship, due to the time needed to make the piece. Clay takes time to shape and dry, and kilns take time to run and cool. This is old and slow technology, which is what lends itself to the uniqueness of each and every piece.

Returns & Refunds

 

We diligently inspect every piece of pottery to ensure you get the finest quality, as well as exactly what you ordered. Please keep in mind, however, that each piece is handmade and therefore is expected to have slight variations and imperfections. This is what gives each piece that unique character. Given this, if you are still not happy with your order within 30 days of receipt, please return the item as you received it and we'll process your return for a full refund or store credit. Pottery Glaze Colors and Variations

This gives you a general idea of the colors in relation to each other. Keep in mind that glaze batches vary, and for that matter, your screen settings may make this picture look quite different to you than it does to me.

 

The burnt sun and old green glazes have a matte finish. Turquoise is very glossy, and lunar is somewhat glossy.

Please bear in mind that every glaze application is done by hand and each piece is unique.

 

Custom Kitchen Boards

 

Custom cutting boards are fun and easy. I don't charge anything extra to make boards with your image or text. Simply email me the image or text you want to use, and then purchase the "Custom Cutting Board" item in the Photo Gifts Store. Ideally, files should be at least 3500 px on the long side. If you don't know about file sizes, send me the biggest, most original file you have, and I'll see what I can do.
